Chairman's Message

Jan Boullé

Our results were driven by profitable organic growth in Mauritius and the continued consolidation of our international businesses in East Africa and the Indian Ocean, which now account for over 54% of the Group’s turnover. From a Mauritian champion, IBL is truly becoming a regional force.

Interview with the Group CEO

Arnaud Lagesse

2025 was a turning point for IBL. We’ve been performing while transforming, and the groundwork we’ve laid in recent years is paying off across both top-line and bottom-line results. The reason is simple: our model is clear, our strategy works, and we’ve stayed focused on what we do best. Today, we have an IBL that is more cohesive and sharper in its execution. We’re increasingly operating as a connected Group. That shows up beyond the numbers: in the way our teams collaborate, share ideas, and drive change from the ground up.

CFO’s Report

Cédrik Le Juge de Segrais

This transformational year has reinforced IBL’s financial strength. With over half of our revenue now coming from overseas, we’ve successfully integrated key acquisitions and delivered record EBITDA and profit after tax. Our focus on operational excellence, disciplined capital deployment, and regional integration ensures that every part of the Group contributes to sustainable value creation. Maintaining financial resilience while driving growth remains central to how we steward the Group and serve all our stakeholders.

Our performance

IBL delivered strong results, growing revenue by 19% and operating profit by 36%. Through organic growth at home and disciplined regional integration, the Group is gaining scale and impact, evolving from a homegrown Mauritian champion into a regional force with international reach.

A conversation with the Deputy Group CEO

Patrice Robert

For me, it’s simple: the ‘who’ is everything. In any business, in any journey, it always comes down to people. They are our most valuable asset. And a truly sustainable business is one that consistently engages, empowers, and invests in its people.

Regionalisation in action

Beyond Borders II is about scaling and deepening our ecosystems across markets and clusters. Our businesses, including Phoenix Beverages and HealthActiv, are taking the lead.

Growth Enablers

IBL’s four growth enablers power our ambition, transforming how we operate, compete, and create lasting impact across businesses, sectors and borders.
